Our assignments in corporate finance select projects include:

Identifying undervalued public companies: The client wanted us to scan publicly traded companies in more than 15 major European stock markets to identify undervalued firms. We designed a process to filter investment ideas and set the criteria for determining whether the firm was undervalued. We recommended three firms where, in our opinion, the market was significantly undervaluing the underlying business.

LBO of generics maker in an emerging market: Our client has made several leveraged acquisitions where we have been involved in several aspects of the deal such as financial modeling and preparation of Confidential Information Memorandum.

Portfolio Analysis: Our client was interested in buying the non-performing loans of a major bank. We helped our client, a major distressed debt fund, with due diligence and valuation of the portfolio.

Identified investment targets for UK based fund in the Indian hospitality and retail sector. 

Market entry strategy: We developed a comprehensive market entry strategy for this company to enter the Indian market. 

M&A; target analysis: Our client, a Scandinavian investment bank, wanted us to identify potential buyers for a midsized IT Services firm based in Scandinavia.

M&A; Analysis: We work with the CFO of a growing services firm based in the US, to cover various aspects of acquisitions. This includes preparing the final documents for review by the companys executive team as well as board of directors.
